Will it qualify as biodiesel?

Over 3000 petrol stations divided over 15 European countries are member of the AVIA petroleum cooperation. Around 90 medium-sized member companies make up AVIA INTERNATIONAL. AVIA Weghorst in Enschede have hired SUSTER to evaluate whether a newly offered fuel would qualify as biodiesel according to the Renewable Energy Directive 2009/28/EC of the EU and if production of this fuel will be sufficiently secure on the long term.
